Marco Bezzecchi fell at Turn 15, a very fast section of the Assen. On the 7th lap of the race, the Aprilia rider went down while traveling at just under 200 km/h. Footage showed he was conscious and sitting among medical staff after the fall. He was then taken to the medical center for a check-up. This is Bez’s third consecutive zero-point finish, and he could lose his championship lead at the end of the race.
