MotoE: Spinelli takes second tests with electric Ducati V21L

It was Spinelli who was the fastest in the second MotoE practice session in Barcelona on the electric Ducati V21L. The surprise winner of the Assen round in the Superbike as Danilo Petrucci's backup rider did better than the LCR Granado-Casadei pair.

Ferrari has the 4th  fastest time ahead of Torres and Zaccone. These are the results of the first round.
