The Misano SBK round will undoubtedly be an adrenaline-filled event and spectacle on the track. The ingredients for an exclusive mix are all there: on one side, there's the reigning champion, Alvaro Bautista on Ducati's home track; on the other, Toprak Razgatlioglu, in his first season riding a BMW and proving that he can challenge the Spanish rider on his way to the world title.
Then, in the middle, there's a small group of riders who are fiercer and ready to force their way into this fight, first and foremost Bulega, in his debut season in the World SBK and fighting on equal terms with the sacred monsters of the category. Andrea Iannone will be trying to climb back up the ladder after some not really brilliant testing, and we'll finally be able to see Danilo Petrucci in action as well, even if he's still trying to recuperate his best physical condition after his terrible fall during motocross training.
