First the Sprint, then the Americana, and finally the most anticipated challenge, namely the 100km. It has been a spectacular two days at the Ranch, one that has seen riders from MotoGP, Superbike and other categories in side-by-side action on flat track bikes.
As mentioned, the most anticipated race was the 100 km, which was held early in the afternoon today with the sun shining high in the sky. The paired race saw the victory of Pecco Bagnaia, who shared the bike with Augusto Fernandez for the occasion.
In fact, the Ducati rider and Yamaha test rider secured the win, sprinting ahead of Diogo Moreira and Federico Fuligni, who had to settle for second place. A solid race that of the Moto2 world champion, who as we all know next year will race in MotoGP with LCR colors.
Instead, Luca Marini, paired with Federico Fuligni, wrapped up the podium places. Unfortunately, the Honda rider had to deal with a little crash, which was decisive, however, in denying him from fighting for the victory to the very end. In fourth position was the pairing formed by Pedro Acosta along with Senna Agius.
There was nothing doing instead for the master of the house, namely Valentino Rossi. After his victory in Friday's Sprint, the Doctor was forced to take second best to the competition.
Finally, it's also worth mentioning that yesterday, Elia Bartolini won the Americana ahead of Moreira and Bulega.
