MotoGP: Celestino Vietti will replace Franco Morbidelli on the Ducati at Valencia

It's already 2026 at Valencia. Today teams and riders are returning to the track for a day of testing at the Ricardo Tormo circuit ahead of next season. As many as three new entries will be on the track. One is Toprak, the other Diogo Moreira, but there is a third, namely Celestino Vietti.

In fact, the Italian will replace Franco Morbidelli on the Ducati of the Pertamina VR46 team. As we know, during Sunday's race, Franco was injured, so as a result he has been forced to raise the white flag.

Therefore, VR46 wanted to grant this opportunity to Vietti to try a MotoGP bike for the first time.
