MotoGP: Oliveira racing in Barcelona for farewell to Aprilia and Trackhouse

Miguel Oliveira will be in Barcelona for his last race on the Aprilia and with the Trackhouse team. The Portuguese rider had fractured his wrist in Indonesia and had to miss the Japanese, Australian, Thai, and Malaysian GPs, replaced by Lorenzo Savadori. Miguel had now recovered from his injury and will be able to bid farewell to his team this weekend, to then ride the Pramac team's Yamaha on Tuesday in the first tests of 2025.

"I'm really excited to be back racing in the MotoGP," Oliveira said. "My expectations aren't very high, because I don't know how limited my wrist is until I get back on the bike. It's goiing to definitely be a Grand Prix with mixed feelings, but my goal is to leave the Trackhouse team with a great result. Obviously, we'll be racing to give some hope and also funds for the people affected by the catastrophic events in Valencia, so I'm looking forward to that."
