The latest installment of the 'Inside Ducati Lenovo Team' webseries chronicles the Malaysian GP, in which Bagnaia took pole position and victory in the Sprint, while on Sunday he was halted by a tyre puncture. Aside from the chronicle of the weekend, the most interesting parts are the behind-the-scenes.
The first reveals a funny little joke between Pecco and Marquez, on video call with his team. At one point Bagnaia arrives, teasing his teammate, "there's the dick head, he left us alone." Marc responds with a hearty laugh.
At an event with a sponsor, then, Marquez explains the reasons why he will also have to skip the last two races of the season. "Every week I have an examination with the doctors - were his words - I was optimistic, I wanted to try to be in Valencia, that was my idea, because there will be a very important test. The doctors told me it's better to stay calm and that's what I'm going to do."
