Jorge Martin has been decidedly unlucky this year and has hardly raced. Currently the former world champion is second to last ahead of test rider Pol Espargarò with just 34 points, the result of 7th place in the Brno GP, 9th in the Sprint in Hungary and 4th in the GP, 10th in Barcelona and 8th and 13th in Misano.
Today Jorge Martìn underwent a check-up visit by Prof. Xavier Mir after undergoing surgery to synthesize the right clavicular fracture, following the injury suffered in Japan. The post-operative course is smooth, the mobility of his right arm has fully recovered, although the consolidation of the fracture is not yet complete. In the coming days, Martín will undergo further medical revision.
