MotoGP: Alex Marquez and Miller penalized 3 positions on grid in Hungary

Alex Marquez and Jack Miller will have to serve a 3-position grid penalty in Hungary. This is what was decided by the Stewards, led by Simon Crafar, after what happened in pre-qualifying. Marquez was sanctioned for proceeding at a slow pace at Turns 3 and 4, hindering Miller and Bagnaia. In turn, Jack obstructed Pecco at Turn 3. Both received the same penalty (since they are not repeat offenders) that applies to Sunday's race but not the Sprint.
