After three European rounds, F1 momentarily returns overseas in Montreal, on a track that drivers love, thanks to its uniqueness and its location on Notre-Dame Island. The Circus will present itself with many certainties in Canada. Among these is McLaren's great competitveness, which is making the 2025 World Championship a toss-up between two teammates: Oscar Piastri, the overall leader, and Lando Norris, the first pursuer and, despite some difficult moments, the rider who can hold off reigning World Champion Max Verstappen.
If Mercedes has been very consistent with George Russell, Ferrari, instead, continues to be a mystery. Often fast and capable of fighting for the podium, sometimes with Leclerc, and also with Hamilton, it got lost in its anonymity.
