Miguel Oliveira will return to racing at Le Mans. The Pramac team rider had been forced to miss 3 Grands Prix due to a sternoclavicular ligament dislocation suffered after a crash in Argentina during the Sprint.
The Portuguese rider, who was replaced by Yamaha test rider Augusto Fernandez for the GPs of the Americas, Qatar and Spain, underwent a final MRI in Milan late last week. The examination confirmed a full recovery from the dislocation of the sternoclavicular ligament in his left shoulder, suffered in the accident at Termas de Rio Hondo. At Le Mans, Oliveira will undergo his mandatory medical checkup on Thursday at the circuit's medical center before officially resuming his place in the box.
