Lucio Cecchinello's LCR Honda team, on the track tomorrow at the Vallelunga circuit with its riders, Johann Zarco and Taka Nakagami, wanted to surprise Randy Mamola with something that makes the American rider's heart flutter: the Honda NSR on which he sped around the circuits just 40 years ago. "This is the bike you're going to race with today," Cecchinello told him. "I don't want to cry," the American exclaimed, before pulling back the curtain from a window to the past.
