MotoGP, VIDEO - Quartararo: "I’ve won one world title, but one is not enough, I want more"

Fabio Quartararo has been talking about himself in a video created by his sponsor Monster (you can see it above). The French rider speaks about his winning mentality, a fundamental characteristic for every sportsman. “I'm a nice guy, but as soon I put my helmet on, it’s devil time” is how Fabio, who is nicknamed El Diablo for a reason, describes himself.

Depicted as being ‘The One’ ever since he was a child, it was in MotoGP that he finally came good: "My dad was racing in the past, he was not high level rider, so basically he put me into it and I love it. To develop myself as a professional rider we decided to make the challenge in Spain and step by step I was stepping up into the World Championship, Moto3, Moto2 and the big class” he recalls his beginnings.

In the last year, due to the scarce competitiveness of his M1, he has been in difficulty.

“The situation I'm living now is a dream, but you have to stay humble - underlines Fabio - The physical condition of an athlete is one of the most important things. Racing is really tough and a big part of our career comes from training. You know from what you are doing, you are doing it to be the number one.”

He has already succeeded, but he wants to do it again.

“Every season, I get on the bike and my goal is to be a world champion. For me the attitude of a world champion or of a top athlete is to always bring a smile to the faces of the people that are working with you. It is the dream of every MotoGP rider to win a MotoGP world title, I've won one, but one is not enough, I want more" he states.
