A huge helmet, 4 meters high and 6 meters wide, is the tribute that the Municipality of Pesaro has decided to make to Valentino Rossi. The installation will be located in Piazza d'Annunzio, surrounded by a mini-bike track, and inaugurated by the Doctor on Monday 25 July.

"It is a duty for the Land of Riders and Engines to pay homage to a legend like Valentino" said Mayor Matteo Ricci.

The largest helmet in the world was conceived and devised by the events coordinator of the Municipality Massimiliano Santini and created by Riccardo Sivelli of Extralab.
