With 8 years 60 days between his maiden MotoGPTM win to the 2021 German GP, Marquez moves above Doohan into 10th on the list of riders with the longest winning career behind Eddie Lawson (8 years 110 days) and Jorge Lorenzo (10 years 121 days).
Marc Marquez has also now scored 2316 points in the premier class and moves above Mick Doohan into fifth on the list of riders with most points in the class behind Valentino Rossi (5388 points), Dani Pedrosa (2970), Jorge Lorenzo (2899) and Andrea Dovizioso (2556).
