“Vespa Roma 2026 - 80 Years of an Icon” ends in Rome

One of the most incredible events in the world of motorcycles came to a close today. Held in the Eternal City it was a massive gathering for Vespa, to say the least.

With the spectacular traditional Parade of Elegance, VESPA ROMA 2026 – 80 YEARS OF AN ICON, the major event celebrating Vespa’s 80th anniversary, came to a close today in Rome.

Once again, Vespa has proven to be a unique brand, capable of uniting and welcoming enthusiasts from all five continents, driven by the purest love for the iconic Italian scooter. This is the message that Vespa is, as always, sending to the whole world: the joy of living, united by a single passion.

Over the four days of celebration, the Vespa Village at the Foro Italico welcomed more than 50,000 visitors and entertained them with music, events, exhibitions, shopping areas, street food, and daily entertainment on the Radio Deejay stage.

Among the most popular attractions were the display of the current Vespa line-up: the most beautiful and rare vintage Vespas—on loan from the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera—as well as a captivating photo exhibition tracing Vespa’s unique history.

Vespa enthusiasts flocked from all over the world, led by the very large and traditional delegations from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as from other countries and continents. Vespists from Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Argentina, the Philippines, the United States, Canada, and Colombia made their presence felt, bringing the total to 67 officially represented National Vespa Clubs.
