SBK: No Aragon ROUND for Lecuona, Bridewell replacing him on Honda

Tommy Bridewell will be joining Xavi Vierge for the 10th round of the Superbike World Championship season at the Aragon Motorland that will be held September 26th to 28th. The British rider, Honda HRC test rider, and Honda Racing UK team rider in the BSB will be replacing an injured Iker Lecuona, who's still recoverinf from surgery to his left forearm, which he underwent after the accident in Race 1 at Balaton.

Lecuona is working hard in the gym and with physiotherapy, and his goal is to get back to racing soon. Despite his progress, however, he'll have to entrust his CBR1000RR Fireblade to the capable hands of Bridewell, who has already had the opportunity to share the garage with Vierge during the two-day test in Jerez earlier this week. But the Aragon round isn't the only one the 37-year-old rider will face this season. He also be participated in his home event at Donington Park as a wild card.
