Tragic news comes to us from Japan. At the age of only 21, motorcycling mourns the passing of Ryota Haga, son of the great Noriyuki. The second-oldest son of the Japanese legend was racing in the All Japan ST600, or Japanese SuperSport, at the Autopolis track.

Unfortunately, at the start, the young rider was on the grid and was hit by two other riders who were starting off behind him. They couldn't do anything to avoid him. Despite an immediate intervention by emergency vehicles, all attempts to revive him proved futile.

In August, Ryota turned 21 in August, and we certainly cannot forget his participation in the Italian Championship races.

We send our deepest condolences to his entire family and to the great Noriyuki.
