A more unique than rare live event was held for the unveiling of the Forward team’s MV Agusta Moto2 (organized with all the necessary strict precautions, including quick swabs for every participant) at the foot of the Mont Blanc in Courmayeur.
Giocanni Cuzari’s team has chosen continuity for 2021, with Simone Corsi, but without forgetting to innovate with new entries Lorenzo Baldassari and Tommaso Marcon (who will race as a wild card). An attacking trio on the F2 boasting new gray and red graphics. As elegant as they are aggressive.
Team owner Giovanni Cuzari doesn't hold back in front of a new challenge: “We’ve shown that our project is very good, and we’ll be raising the bar further this year.”
For Baldassarri, it’s a return to Forward, but his first time on the MV: “A new story begins for me,” he said.
Corsi is confident: “The guys worked well this winter. We definitely took a step forward compared to last year.”
Marcon will have some wild cards in the Moto2: “They’ll be my first races in the world championship. My goal is to learn a lot and reach their pace.”
“There’s a great desire to start. It’s been a long and busy winter. We hope everyone will be very satisfied,” Forward’s team manager Milena Koerner stated.
