The battle for fourth place at Le Mans was decided in the final corners, with Di Giannantonio managing to find a gap past Acosta to overtake him and cross the finish line first. Shortly after overtaking him, on the straight leading to the finish line, Diggia turned to glare at his rival.
But that behavior didn't sit well with the KTM rider, who stated, “I’ll remember Di Giannantonio. No one overtakes me while looking at me,” he said. “I’m taking note of everything. We’ll see each other at the next race.”
The MotoGP will be back on the track as early as next weekend, when the spotlight will be on Barcelona.
