Scott Redding is ready to terminate his contract with BMW. Despite the fact that his agreement with the Munich-based manufacturer expires at the end of 2025, things were speeded up this weekend in Estoril to conclude the rapport between the two parties early.
At the same time, the MGM team is working hard in these hours to allow the British rider to test the Panigale V4 already after the Andalusian race. In fact, tests are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, and the goal of Galinski's outfit is to have the #45 immediately on the Ducati.
Obviously nothing is certain for now, because they are facing a race against time both on the contractual and technical level. If Scott were able to test the Ducati immediately after the race, it would be important, because it would begin to map out the road to 2025 without having to wait until January.
So we will see if everything will go according to plan or if the two sides will have to wait.
