We've already seen his team competing in the CEV, and now Max Biaggi raises the bar. Yes, because next season, the Max Racing Team will debut in the world championship, in the Moto3 class. Having joined forces with Peter Oettl's Sudmetall SchedlGP team, they will take to the start line with a top level rider in 2019.
The man in question is Aron Canet, currently competing with Estrella Galicia and lying sixth in the championship behind Lorenzo Dalla Porta. The Spaniard missed the Buriram round due to injury.
In 2019 Canet will try to fight for the Moto3 title on board the KTM and he's likely to start out as favourite. With Jorge Martin, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi about to leave the category, the Spaniard will not want to waste this golden opportunity.
