From Malaysia comes positive news about Noah Dettwiler. In a latest update, his team, the CIP team, announced that the rider will be able to return home very soon.
"We are pleased to announce that Noah Dettwiler's health condition has improved so positively over the past few days that the treating physicians in Kuala Lumpur have given the grenn light for his repatriation to Switzerland.
Today, Wednesday, a team from the Swiss Air Rescue Rega visited Noah at the hospital in Kuala Lumpur to discuss and plan the details of his medical transport back home. The flight is scheduled for Thursday, and Noah is expected to land in Zurich late in the evening. From there he will be taken directly to a hospital, where he will undergo the pending surgery on his leg. This will be followed by the rehabilitation phase.
