Turn of events at start of Race 2: Petrucci and Bautista collide and are out!

VIDEO - What happened at the start of Race 2 in Most was sensational! Danilo and Alvaro touched at Turn 1, and both ended up falling, with Iannone going long to avoid them.

Danilo Petrucci's and Alvaro Bautista's Race 2 in Most lasted 100 meters. At Turn 1, the Aruba and Barni riders touched and both ended up on the ground. The first corner at Most is a sort of funnel, and the two riders collided, self-eliminating themselves.

Iannone, who was behind Alvaro, managed to go long and avoided the accident. A truly bitter weekend for the world champion, who fell this morning then again this afternoon. Below is the video of the fall.
