SBK: Yamaha finds Johnny Rea again: he will try to race in Cremona

Johnny Rea is back! Nearly three months after the nasty injury he suffered at the Phillip Island test, the multiple WSBK champion is ready to return to his Yamaha. He will do so this weekend at the Cremona track, pending approval from the circuit's doctors.

As we may well remember, following the crash in Australia, the Northern Irishman suffered multiple fractures in his left foot. First surgery, then a brace and several therapies to speed up recovery, including a homemade hyperbaric chamber.

The fact is that after the last medical consultation, Johnny Rea has removed the brace and now his Yamaha awaits him after a long stop.
