SBK, Blush: "Unfortunately, BMW can't offer Toprak a MotoGP"

"What we can do is make him feel special, and our priority is for him to stay with us. The next few weeks will be heated."

SBK: Blush:

Toprak Razgatlioglu's future is keeping BMW and the Superbike market in check as 2026 approaches. Last week, we spoke with Sven Blush in Assen, who was keen to take stock of the situation.

In the last few hours, the SBK BMW manager also spoke with our colleagues from Speedweek, revealing the evolution of the situation on the negotiation front.

The German manager was crystal clear in his response: "Our priority is to make Toprak feel like a special rider and obviously keep him with us," he said. "In this regard, I'm in continuous contact with his manager and we'll see how it evolves."

last week, Sofuoglu told us that Toprak's dream is called the MotoGP: "Unfortunately, we can't offer Toprak a MotoGP," he added. "It's a difficult situation and, consequently, we have to see how we can handle it together. The next few weeks will definitely be very heated. The MotoGP? We know that Toprak is one of those who always needs new challenges."
