SBK, Nicolò Bulega: power of love, starting anew after Assen

Nicolò Bulega spoke again after his black Sunday in Assen, but he didn't do it with words. He relied on a phot of himself with his life partner, Camilla. The photo posted on social media was most likely taken on Thursday at Phillip Island, when the riders gather on the grid for their traditional photos.

"La Camy", as we nicknamed her, is Nicolò's partner. On Sunday, the moment Bulega stopped in Race 2, everyone was focused on her in the pit, as she barely held back tears over Nicolò's withdrawal. She was also the first to head to the back pit to join him as he returned, filled with anger and frustration.

Camilla is always smiling and up for a good joke but, at the same time, she's reserved. In a world where social media dominates, she always prefers to remain behind the scenes and not in the spotlight. Camilla has always been at Nicolò's side over the years, especially during hard times, when he was in the Moto2, never turning her back on him.

And even now, at his worst moment since he's been in the SBK paddock, she was there with him.
