Stefan Pierer has resigned from his position on the board of KTM AG and handed over the management of KTM AG entirely to Gottfried Neumeister. KTM AG announced that Stefan Pierer is resigning from his position on the board of directors. Stefan Pierer accompanied Gottfried Neumeister as co-CEO until the restructuring plan was approved on February 25th and is now handing over the management of KTM AG entirely to him. The Supervisory Board thanks Stefan Pierer for his many years of successful work. "Over the last 33 years, Stefan Pierer has built KTM into a global brand and the largest European motorcycle manufacturer."
"I wish Gottfried Neumeister all the best from the bottom of my heart. In him I have found the perfect successor and I am firmly convinced that he will lead the company successfully into the future", said Stefan Pierer.

At the same time, the company announced that Verena Schneglberger-Grossmann, authorized signatory and head of the legal department, has been appointed to the board of KTM AG. Ms. Schneglberger-Grossmann will take on this position in addition to her role as head of the legal department.
"Ms. Schneglberger-Grossmann has done an excellent job in her previous role and was instrumental in the successful completion of the restructuring process. We are convinced that she will also make a major contribution in her new position", Gottfried Neumeister explained.
