MotoGP has defined a new piece of its growth in America, reaching a multi-year agreement with Fox Sports to air the championship in the United States in 2025. The U.S. sports broadcaster will provide live coverage, on channels FS1 or FS2, of all Sprint races and Grands Prix on this season's championship calendar. The most extensive ever, thanks to its 22 events in 19 different countries.

The airing of the races will begin this weekend with the Thai GP, the first Round of the year, which will be broadcast on FS1. After the Argentine Grand Prix, MotoGP will stop at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, for a home event, which fans can follow by tuning in to FS2 for the Sprint and Fox Business for the Grand Prix.

All the races will also be available on the FOX Sports app, while selected races will be viewable on FOX Deportes. To allow even those who will not have the opportunity to watch the races live to not miss the MotoGP spectacle, the agreement with Fox Sports includes, in addition to live coverage of the season, the airing of race replays in the week following each event.

"FOX Sports is thrilled to be the new home to the best two-wheel racing in the world. We will carry every race of the international series live, giving race fans a true appointment viewing for MotoGP," commented Bill Wanger, Head of Programming and Planning at FOX Sports.

Dan Rossomondo, commercial officer of Dorna Sports, owner of MotoGP rights, who precisely with the help of Fox Sports is aiming to expand MotoGP's catchment area in America, is also excited about this new partnership.

"We're happy to see MotoGP join the incredible line-up on Fox Sports. This is the most exciting sport on Earth, and we want to see it on the biggest stage possible, most especially in markets where there is so much untapped potential," Rossomondo pointed out. "That's true of the US, where we have a loyal following and an impressive legacy for MotoGP, but so much scope to expand once people see what this sport is all about. We're looking forward to working with Fox Sports on that mission."
