MotoGP, Raul Fernandez operated in Barcelona: "I'll try to return in Thailand."

Raul Fernandez has undergone surgery on the first metacarpal of his left hand which he fractured on the first test day in Sepang. The Trackhouse team rider flew from Malaysia to Barcelona where Dr. Xavier Mir performed the surgery.

"First of all, I want to thank Xavier Mir. As always, I'm in the best of hands," Raul wrote on his social media profiles. "Now, it's time to recover and try to get to Thailand. Many thanks for your messages of support."
