MotoGP, Yamaha searching for a breakthrough: here are the 2025 M1s of Quartararo and Rins

For the Japanese manufacturer, this must be the year of redemption, but Fabio warns, "The important thing is to look at the present, without thinking too much about the future."

MotoGP: Yamaha searching for a breakthrough: here are the 2025 M1s of Quartararo and Rins

It was an evening of presentations in Kuala Lumpur for MotoGP with Yamaha capturing all the spotlight. First it was the turn of the Pramac Moto2 team, then the MotoGP team and finally the factory team with Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins.

The two riders unveiled the M1's 2025 livery, which echoes the color scheme seen in previous seasons with black and blue coming together and the ever-present Monster sponsor on the fairings.

On the part of Quartararo there is a lot of anticipation and curiosity: "I've been at Yamaha for so many years and I'm ready for this new challenge," he said, "the important thing is to look at the present, without thinking too much about the future."

Echoing up his words was Rins: "Yamaha has made an important effort and we are ready to work further and be competitive. Here at Sepang we also saw Dovizioso at work, who did an important job on this first day of testing."
