SBK: Kaito Toba to start the Endurance World Championship with No Limits Honda team

A double commitment awaits Kaito Toba in 2025. In addition to defending the colors of the Petronas MIE Racing Honda team for the second year in a row in World Supersport, the Japanese rider will take on a new challenge in Endurance racing, riding the Honda of the No Limits team.

Toba will join the team led by Moreno Codeluppi to compete in the Superstock class. Bringing with him a wealth of experience gained at the highest levels of motorcycling, including long stints in the Moto3 World Championship.

"I am very happy to start this new adventure with the No Limits team. I know that Moreno is working to bring a competitive team to the track to get good results in Stock 1000, and it is an honor to have been chosen with this goal," said the Japanese rider, who is eager to start the new season. "In World Supersport, I was able to demonstrate a steady evolution with Honda during 2024. For 2025, it will be very interesting to continue the challenge in World Supersport and also have the opportunity to work on the CBR 1000. It's a great opportunity to continue to progress and get closer to the bigger displacements."

Toba will be part of the completely revamped lineup with which the No Limits team will compete in the new World Endurance season and which also includes Gabriele Giannini in its crew.

In fact, the 22-year-old from Rome, winner of the National Trophy 1000 in 2022 and 2023, will make his EWC debut with the team managed by Codeluppi, which thus continues its tradition of bringing riders with their first experience in endurance racing to the championship.

Facilitating Gabriele's adaptation to the new category will be the fact that the yellow-black Honda of No Limits is very similar to the Dunlop-tyred CBR with Bitubo suspension with which he will tackle his first season in CIV Superbike, under the banner of Scuderia Improve by Firenze Motor.
