Auto - News: Valentino Rossi remains in WEC: will be racing in BMW M4 LMGT3

After performing well in his first season in the WEC, World Endurance Championship, in the LMGT3 category, Valentino Rossi has decided to try again and renew his commitment with the WRT team at the wheel of the BMW M4 LMGT3, again in the company of Ahmad Al Harthy, but not Maxime Martin, fresh from his agreement with Mercedes, replaced by South African Kelvin van der Linde.

"I'm very happy to continue my experience in the WEC after the good debut in 2024. We performed well in some races, and now we'll have to try to be stronger and faster. We'll work hard together with BMW to improve our performance and be competitive in every race," the Doctor said, as reported in the official press release.

The biggest anticipation is for one circuit in particular. "It's great to be able to compete again on tracks that I already know very well from my motorcycle racing past. Le Mans is certainly the most important. Last year, we were unlucky, but we'll fight for the podium in this edition," he added, with a fighting spirit.

Instead, Timur Boguslavskiy, Yasser Shahin, and Augusto Farfus will be driving #31, the sister car.
