KTM: we guarantee continuity in the delivery of motorcycles, parts, and accessories

KTM's situation is constantly evolving, but there's one aspect on which the Austrian manufacturer wants to reassure all its customers: the level of service guaranteed during this delicate stage. The following is a statement that has just been issued:

KTM would like to reassure new and current customers about any consequences of this restructuring phase. "Nothing will change for our customers," management explained on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024. "Of course, we guarantee continuity in the delivery of motorcycles, parts, and accessories on the usual terms. There will be no irregularities in the flow of goods or in customer service." Over the next three months KTM will undergo a restructuring phase to bring the company in line with global demand. During this period, customers will not be impacted by this "Pit Stop" required to face the future under the best conditions.

Finally, KTM is looking forward to the start of the 2025 season with optimism, thanks to the arrival of the new KTM 125/390 SMC R, KTM 125/390 ENDURO R, KTM 390 ADVENTURE, and 390 ADVENTURE R road models. These motorcycles will be regularly delivered to the official dealer network in the first quarter of next
year.
