MotoGP: Entry list 2025: here are the riders at the start of MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3

In the aftermath of the first winter test in Barcelona, the FIM has released the 2025 entry lists for the three MotoGP categories.

MotoGP

Despite the arrival of the two Asian rookies Ai Ogura Somkiat Chantra, who will debut in MotoGP along with Fermin Aldeguer, it will once again be Italy and Spain that will hold sway in the premier class. Six riders to hold high the tricolor next year: Francesco Bagnaia in the official Ducati team; Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli in VR46; Luca Marini with Honda; and Marco Bezzecchi and Enea Bastianini, who will experience their first season as Aprilia and KTM Tech3 riders respectively.

A contingent second only to that of Spain, composed of no less than nine starters. Again in 2025, France will be able to count on two riders, while South Africa, Thailand, Japan, Australia and Portugal will have only one representative.

Moto2

Among the 30 Moto2 starters, Italy will instead be able to count on only two representatives, who go by the name of Celestino Vietti and Tony Arbolino. Respectively in the forces of the SpeedUp team and the new Pramac Yamaha lineup. Here, too, the Spanish squadron will dominate the scene, with no less than 14 riders lining up at the start.

Moto3

As for Moto3, there will be 6 riders representing Italy. Along with the two Snipers team riders, Nicola Fabio Carraro and Riccardo Rossi, and those of the Sic 58 Squadra Corse team, Luca Lunetta and Stefano Nepa, Matteo Bertelle with MTA and Dennis Foggia, who will be making his return to the category with the CFMoto Aspar team, will also compete in the lighter class.

At the moment, however, the lineups of the Leopard and Mlav Racing teams remain to be announced.
