MTHelmets-MSI has unveiled its new team for the 2025 Moto3 Championship. They decided to reconfirm Ryusei Yamanaka, who has already raced this season for the Spanish team, as well as having worn the same colors in 2022. The Japanese rider will be joined by Angel Piqueras. He made his debut in the World Championship this year with the Leopard team and managed to win his first race in Misano, and ending up on the podium three times during 2024. In the upcoming season, he'll be leaving Honda for the MTHelmets-MSI's KTM.
"I'm very happy to join this great family," Piqueras said. "I think it's a good decision, and I can't wait to start the new season with the new bike."
Yamanaka commented: "I'm happy to continue next year with MTHelmets-MSi. It's the first time I've stayed with the same team for two years in a row, and this gives me confidence. The structure allows a very positive evolution, racing the Moto2. I thank them very much for continuing to believe in me."
