Sylvain Guintoli wanted to share via Instagram some good news about his life with all his followers and the two-wheel fraternity. This time, however, it has nothing to do with his profession, but rather with his personal life.
It was last August when the current commentator for TNT Sports made known the tumor diagnosed in his son Luca by announcing his absence in the last race of the Endurance Championship and in some rounds of MotoGP, which he now lives in another capacity.
Well, in the last few hours the Frenchman has reassured everyone about the condition of his child by publishing a nice video, which also sees the little one behind the wheel of a BMW, accompanied by him.
"Our Luca had his best day since falling ill in July," it reads, "After fighting for his life in ICU, multiple round of chemo and a first surgery two weeks ago, he was finally feeling a bit better.
"For the first time, he was able to go out and play outside, drive his buggy and rev up the new car with a big smile," the message continues. "Luca calls it the "Sonic Mobile", he is a big fan of Sonic (the Japanese video game, ed.) so I am sure that will help getting him motivated for the frequent hospital trips to continue his treatment. Many thanks to BMW UK for this great idea. Love you to the moon and back little man!"
