MotoGP, Zarco: "Honda won't win the Suzuka 8 Hours anymore if Dall'Igna comes!"

"I didn't speak to Bagnaia, only to Honda. We need to do some progress if we still want to win. I would like to be there, but it depends on the calendar."

MotoGP: Zarco:

Were it not for the Suzuka 8 Hours in which it managed to get the better of the opposition for the third consecutive time - winning with the trio of Johann Zarco, Takumi Takahashi and Teppei Nagoe - Honda has been reaping very little satisfaction lately. And it was precisely the Frenchman of the LCR team, between serious and facetious, who has been commenting about the possible arrival in the 2025 edition, scheduled for early August in the middle of the summer break of the MotoGP World Championship, of Ducati which could thus make a full haul after its repeat successes in MotoGP and SBK.

According to the LCR rider, who is already weighing up his participation in the next edition, the bogeyman for the Japanese has a name and a surname, but it is represented not so much by one of his colleagues as by a manager/engineer.

"I didn't speak with Bagnaia, but I said to Honda that we need to do some progress before Gigi dall'Igna comes to this category. If not, we will not win anymore!" he told the Crashnet website, latching onto the declarations by Pecco who, in July, expressed his desire to take part in the famous endurance race, a dream of the rider from Chivasso that was picked up by the general manager of the Borgo Panigale manufacturer and potentially on the way to being realized.

On the other hand, regarding his own presence, the rider from Cannes said motivatedly, "Maybe yes, if possible. I have to see the calendar and how it will match, but clearly with the nice adventure of this year, it would be nice to do it again."
