MotoGP, Quartararo: "Bagnaia was on the line. Alex has some blame for the incident."

"At Turn 12, Alex was way off the line, and on the dirt. Marc deserved to win. For me, he's always been the best, and today he proved it."

MotoGP: Quartararo:

It was a bitter Sunday for Fabio Quartararo at Aragon. In fact, the French rider fell after a few hairpins, ending the Aragon GP early. He later explained the mistake when talking about the incident involving Alex Marquez and Bagnaia and then praised Marc's double success.

Of course, the Yamaha rider's  analysis starts with his race.

"I don't know how I ended up falling," he began. "I tried to enter the corner slightly harder than usual, but I lost the front and fell. This weekend, the grip was terrible, and the soft on the rear was a disaster for the Yamaha. Unfortunately, I looked for the limit but, since I couldn't use the soft, that's what happened."

Did you see the Bagnaia-Alex fall? What did you think of it?
"Yes, I saw it! It's hard to give an opinion about it. When you go wide at turn twelve, you then go on the dirt, and you can't come back hard. Pecco did his trajectory, but I think Alex is a bit at fault here. He was way off the line at turn twelve, and he was on the dirt."

The next race is Misano. How did the tests go?
"I'd say good on the pace, while a disaster on the dry lap. We hope to progress next weekend."

Marc won today. Did you expect that?
"He deserved to win this race, since he was the best on the track throughout the weekend. I don't think there's anything to say about that, and I knew he'd come back strong this season. For me, he's still the best rider, and today he proved it."
