The competition among the paddock's top chefs comes to Austria, and the official Honda team opens its doors to convince the jury with its Latin flavors

The third edition of Master of Hospitaliy - the challenge between the best paddock chefs organized by GPOne and the Prosecco DOC consortium, with the participation of SKY - is approaching its grand finale, and the HRC team is putting itself to the test in Austria. For one evening, the hospitality areas of the MotoGP teams are transformed into starred restaurants, with a jury of journalists and industry insiders deciding the winner. The Gresini team christened the competition at Le Mans, followed by the MotoEX2's hospitality in Italy, then Aprilia at Assen, Leopard entered the game at the Sachsenring, and now it's Honda's turn at the Red Bull Ring.

The factory riders didn't back down, and took off their helmets to don their chef's hats. Joan Mir and Luca Marini got busy in the kitchen to help the cooks "fine tune" the dishes. But the Italian rider also did the honors by attending the dinner and entertaining his guests.

Directing the operations in the kitchen were Spanish rider Javier Mata Guerra and Venezuelan rider Carlos Alberto González, while the dining room was managed by Giorgia Dorigutto.

In the role of judges, as per tradition, were journalists and motorcycle racing insiders, led by Michelin Communications Manager Alessandro Barlozzi as president. Six categories were taken into consideration for the votes given by the jury: venue, mise en place, pairing with Prosecco DOC, service, taste, and skills of the riders in the kitchen.

The two chefs focused on Latin flavors to impress the judges.

Appetizer: Calçot croquettes with Prosecco DOC romesco cream
Main course: Sweet potato and gorgonzola risotto with Prossecco DOC cream
Dessert: Berry juice with Prosecco DOC jelly
