MotoGP: Ducati history up for auction: Capirossi's GP3 and Stoner's GP7

Ducati has been dominating in the MotoGP these past years and, thanks to Pecco Bagnaia, they've won the last two riders titles in the premier class. Borgo Panigale has only recently been in the MotoGP's top category, beginning in 2003, but they've already chalked up a good number of results. And now you could end up bringing home two pieces of history ... provided you have a fairly fat wallet.

Next Sunday, August 25th, two very special and important Desmosedicis will be up for auction at Silverstone. The first is the GP3 Loris Capirossi rode whrn he won his race for Ducati. The second is the GP7 Casey Stoner rode when he became world champion. Two very valuable and costly bikes: the price for the 2003 D16 ranges between 210,000 to 235,000 Euros and between 446,000 to 470,000 Euros for the 2007.

Two bikes full of history, yet ones that not everyone can afford. But if you plan to give purchasing them some though,  click HERE for info.
