Four races in the 2024 FIM Intercontinental Games.
Television coverage of the Games will be provided with the support of Dorna, which will handle television production, and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Sports Europe, which will broadcast the races on its digital platforms. The event will thus provide an important international platform for young riders, who will compete in two races per class in the 2024 event . For a total of four races, between R3 and R7.
The points earned by each rider in each race will be added to those collected by the other members of his or her team to determine which of the six Continental Unions will win this inaugural edition of the FIM Intercontinental Games.
"As the date of the first FIM Intercontinental Games draws closer, the anticipation is growing. It is very exciting to bring all six FIM Continental Unions together in the year of the FIM's 120th anniversary, and the participation of riders from all over the world underscores a real sense of unity, " commented FIM President Jorge Viegas.
