SBK: Razgatlioglu like Dikec: scores at Portimao with 12 consecutive wins

Toprak Razgatlioglu has hit the jackpot! After equalling the record of consecutive wins belonging to Jonathan Rea and Alvaro Bautista with victory in Race 1, the Turk then went on to take the record in the Portimao Superpole Race, winning against his rivals for the 12th time in a row.

It was a historic achievement for the BMW driver, who wanted to celebrate this perfect center with a little interlude inspired by the iconic pose of his compatriot Yusuf Dikec, the Turkish Olympic shooter, silver medalist in Paris in the mixed pistol team shooting from 10 meters, who went viral for his unusual approach to the shooting range: no special equipment, just a white T-shirt, a pair of glasses and his left hand in his pocket.

A pose that has gone viral and well represents the fluency with which Toprak has strung together 12 victories, in the last four rounds. An impressive streak, which the 27-year-old has no intention of stopping.
