Alvaro Bautista's future has held the Superbike market in check: on the one hand there was the possibility of continuing with Ducati, on the other hand of deciding to end his adventure in red.
Apparently, however, there no longer seems to be any doubt: the Spanish rider will continue with Ducati Aruba in 2025. The official announcement is still missing but, according to what we have learned exclusively, the two-time Superbike World Champion has decided to accept the new offer presented to him by the Borgo Panigale manufacturer after the last Round at Most.
After months of uncertainty and a long tug-of-war, Bautista and the Bologna-based manufacturer have finally reached that long-awaited agreement that will allow them to line up together at the start of the new World Superbike championship for the fourth consecutive season. Thus sweeping away any rumours of a possible successor for the 39-year-old, who is more motivated than ever to continue his career and return to the title fight with Ducati.
