The Bimota by Kawasaki project has now taken off so much so that Florian Marino has already carried out tests strictly behind closed doors between the end of June and the beginning of July on the Jerez track.
The French test rider is in fact grinding out the kilometers to carry on with the development of the new bike, which as we know will have a Kawasaki engine while everything else will be instead supported by Bimota, i.e. chassis, aerodynamics, wings, pistons, gearbox, etc.
The fact remains that Axel Bassani and Alex Lowes could test the new bike as early as the end of October, about ten days after the conclusion of the World Championship. In fact, the Championship will end on October 20 in Jerez, and the Provec team has planned a test on the days of October 29-30 at the Aragon track.
Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that the Motorland track could host the first public outing of the new bike towards which there is no lack of expectation and curiosity in view of 2025.
