We had hinted at this news a few weeks ago, and now it's official. Ducati is making its mark in the East in the All Japan Superbike, and they will do so with the Kagayama team, a true excellence in the world of two-wheels racing in the Land of the Rising Sun.
Left without Suzuki, the team has decided to take up the challenge with the Borgo Panigale team, banking on the Panigale V4 and Ryo Mizuno as the rider.
But the excitement doesn't end there because Kagayama and Ducati will also compete in the Suzuka 8 Hours, one of the most anticipated events in the Endurance World Championship.
