After nine months of travelling around the world to follow a hectic MotoGP season that has gargantuanly grown to 20 GPs plus 20 Sprint races (and next year it will be 22!) Marc Marquez is still itching to travel.

Here he is with girlfriend Emma Pint in Ubud, Bali. Note the bandage on his right forearm, a reminder of his recent operation for compartment syndrome. This attention to detail on the part of the eight-time world champion shows just how much the Spaniard, riding the Ducati GP23 for the Gresini team next season, does not want to play any other role than that of a protagonist.
