SBK, Aragon, plot twist in Race 1: Bautista falls and throws away his victory!

After crashing into Rinaldi a Magny-Cours, Alvaro Bautista made another, sensational mistake in the first race of the weekend at Aragon. The championship leader ended up falling at Turn 9 during the 7th lap of the race, when he was in command, ahead of Jonathan Rea and Toprak Razgatlioglu. A tough blow for the Spanish rider who, despite having returned to the race, didn’t score any points due to a second fall at the last lap.
