As Highlander used to say: “There can be only one”. It’s not the title of a new series on Netflix, but the title chosen by Dorna for the new MotoGP docu-series.

If Drive to Survive increased the number of FI fans, the MotoGP Unlimited series on PrimeVideo wasn’t as successful. So, here comes There Can Be Only One, a series that will present how the favorite MotoGP riders experienced the fight for the 2022 title.

It’ll be the story of how Fabio Quartararo, Pecco Bagnaia, Aleix Espargaro, and Enea Bastianini experienced this past championship.
As reported on the official MotoGP website, There Can Be Only One will consist of a total of four episodes, each of which will cover a quarter of the season in chronological order.

The first episode will be available on January 27th, while the final episode will be released on February 7th. For now, it’ll only be available on MotoGP VideoPass, the official platform of the championship.

Of course, everyone knows the story. After a start to the season studded with errors, Pecco recuperated 91 points on Fabio Quartararo, who dominated until the summer break. Then Aleix Espargarò had his good season, as did Enea Bastianini with his four victories, managing to overtake Aleix for third place only in the final rush.

We must say that the videopass isn’t cheap: €29.99 for a monthly subscription and €24.99 for pre-season, which sell out before the first Grand Prix. The annual subscription costs €115.99.
