David Garcia and his father Nono are getting closer to realizing their dream of building a circuit near Seville to host motorcycle and car competitions. The news was revealed by El Confidencial, according to which the project of the two former riders has already obtained the legal authorization of the regional administration, as well as the full support of the Municipality of Carmona, near which the structure will be built.

The circuit, which will be built just a few minutes from Seville's San Pablo airport and 15 minutes from the city, should become the third largest in Spain, after Motorland and Montmeló, thanks to its 4.5 km length. 12 meters wide, with a maximum gradient of 4.92%, the track will have a layout with 16 corners, ten to the right and six to the left, and a main straight of 773 metres.

The one in Seville will not be the first major project of the entrepreneurs, who have already invested around five million euros in the purchase of the plots of land and in the realization of the plans for the construction of the new circuit, which should open for activity in 2024.
